1. Eligibility for Refund
- Applicable only for paid courses purchased on rhccprolearn.com.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or enrollment.
- Refund is valid only if less than 20% of the course has been accessed.
- No refunds for offline or one-on-one classes once sessions begin.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Missed classes without notice.
- Customized or discounted promotional courses.
- Technical issues due to user’s device or internet.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at rhcchelpdesk@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Course Name]". Include:
- Your full name & registered mobile number
- Course name and enrollment date
- Reason for the refund
*Our team will review and respond within 5 business days.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. No cash refunds are available.
5. Dispute Resolution
